In-Home Mini Mold Inspections (Asheville, NC area only) — $150
These are focused “mini” inspections where I do a very thorough assessment of 1–2 key areas of concern in your home. If you’re not sure which areas to prioritize, I’m happy to help identify them.
Mold testing options are available as add-ons if needed:
✦ Mold Dust Tests — $100 + lab fees
(ERMI, HERTSMI-2, Endotoxins, etc.)
✦ Swab Testing — $60 per swab
(Used for specific areas of suspected mold)

For clients who want continued guidance and accountability as they navigate mold recovery, I offer weekly support packages.
Text Support — $150/week
• Daily responses Monday–Friday (typically within 24 hours)
• Space to ask 2–3 focused questions per day
• Links to vetted resources or referrals when relevant
• Practical steps + nervous-system-informed emotional support
I will check in with you before the end of each week to see if you want to continue. No long-term commitment required.
Email-Only Support — $85/week
• Up to two short email exchanges per week (Mon–Fri)

Mold illness is a prevalent, yet a silent epidemic in our world.
In America it is estimated that up to 80% of homes are dealing with mold, most of it hidden behind walls, ceilings and floors.
Thousands of research studies over the last few decades have proven over and over that mold's effect on our health can be detrimental, even catastrophic, and yet only in recent years is the awareness of mold illness and the true danger of mold spreading.

Unfortunately, the mold industry is similar to the medical one, and it's slow to catch up to recent research on the best practices for safely eliminating mold from our homes. The vast majority of mold inspectors and remediation companies are woefully undereducated or misinformed about how to do effective and safe mold remediations, especially for mold sensitive individuals. The truth is remediations fail often, and many even make the indoor air quality worse than before.
I offer guidance on how to find and work with quality mold experts in your area, and I can review and recommend remediation protocols that will ensure the best possible outcome for your mold remediation project. I even offer the option for me to communicate directly with your local remediators or inspectors to make sure they understand your needs and standards
About My Approach & Process
I also love supporting my clients in navigating the complexities of moving out of mold, from how to decide what to keep, how to successfully decontaminate your things, and the most efficient way to go about the process. Mold moves are one of the most stressful things to go through, and I know this so well as I have been through many of them myself, so I aim to compassionately guide you in simplifying your move as much as possible.
Of course it is also vitally important that when you move out of a moldy environment, you are moving into a safe, mold free/ low mold home. I also offer expert advice on handling the rental or home buying process so you can feel confident that your next home will be a place you and your family can heal and feel safe in.
